The goal of these workshops is for students to learn and develop new strategies to solve problems. The focus is on selecting the correct strategy to match the problem and then explain how they have solved the problem rather than coming up with just the correct answer.

Hi welcome back to my online learning journal I am going to be sharing with you my home link that I did. so first lets just say 93 - 8 = then the first thing was you have to split the 8 but you have to add in a 3 when you split the 8 so if you split the 8 it will be a 3 and a 5 so you then you do 93 - 3 = 90 then you would want to do 90 - 5 = 85 so the answer was 85 and that is a easy way to subtract.
